在10月15日,我校召开了“减负——从变革教学方式开始”的主题研讨会。期间,听了纪金玲老师和张殿军老师的两节数学课,听了朱凤书校长讲话和各位专家的发言,使得每个与会老师受益匪浅。比如朱校长谈道:“在传统课堂中,每分钟老师大约有2到3次提问,学生回答问题是主要的学习方式。而且,有50%的问题是选择性问题和记忆性问题,思维含量很低。这样的课堂,学生没有独立思维的空间和时间,学生的思维被教师切割得支离破碎。我校推行的STAD(小组成就区分法)的教学新方式,就是基于上述问题的解决而设计的。”
