目的 :探讨白细胞介素 6 ( IL -6 )、肿瘤坏死因子α ( TNF-α)水平与急性白血病 ( AL)发病的关系。方法 :采用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定急性淋巴细胞白血病 ( ALL )和急性髓细胞白血病 ( AML)患者血清 IL-6、 TNF -α水平。结果 :AL患者 IL-6含量显著高于正常对照组 ( P <0 .0 1) ,且 AL L又明显高于 AML ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;TNF-α也显著高于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1) ,但 ALL与 AML两组间 TNF-α水平无明显差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :IL-6、TNF-α水平与 AL 发病、发展有密切相关 ;IL-6水平与白血病类型有关 ;而 TNF-α水平与白血病类型无关
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the levels of interleukin 6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and the incidence of acute leukemia (AL). METHODS: Serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) were determined by ELISA. RESULTS: IL-6 levels in AL patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P < 0.01), and AL L was significantly higher than that in AML (P <0.05); TNF-alpha was also significantly higher than in controls ( P <0. 0 1), but there was no significant difference in TNF-α levels between ALL and AML (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α are closely related to the pathogenesis and development of AL. The level of IL-6 is related to the type of leukemia, while the level of TNF-α is not related to the type of leukemia.
