为了使孩子睡好,应当帮助孩子们形成自己的睡眠规律和长期的、每日不断重复的睡前准备程序。一些家长从孩子出生时起就摇着他睡觉。于是,“摇动——睡眠”的反射联系就产生了。何况摇动的节奏性和单调性加上对孩子前庭器官的影响的确有助于他们入睡。不过,孩子越大,摇动的时间就越久,这种程序也变得越麻烦。而且,这种程序还不只是使母亲感到麻烦,孩子也由于睡不安稳而感到不舒服。
