1923年的春天,一个名叫弓仲韬的中国共产党党员肩负着特殊的使命,回到了自己的家乡河北省安平县台城村,由此产生了一个让历史和后人永远铭记的历史事件:中国共产党第一个农村党支部——“中共安平县台城特别支部”的成立,也由此在我们党的发展史上留下了不可磨灭的功绩。弓仲韬1 886年生于安平县台城村一个书香门第之家,1916年考入北京法政大学,初步接触到一些新思想。1919年参加五四运动。同年大学毕业,在沙滩一所小学任教。与李大钊结识并在李大钊的启发教育下,开始学习研究马列主义。1923年4月由李大钊介绍加入中国共产党,成为我党早期的党员之一。
