“地王”频现加剧行业洗牌。与大型房企“一路凯歌”“争抢地王”不同的是,中小房企上有地产调控的“紧箍咒”:限购、限贷加码,令销售业绩萎缩;下有“脚镣”缠身:资金链紧绷,抢不到地,有些正面临被挤出局的窘境,可谓危机重重。但,危中有机,中小房企如何在危机中抓住发展机遇,逆境求生,困中破局,关乎整个行业的棋局阵势。
