虽然全国23个国家级旅游管理特色专业点的特色身份各有千秋,但是,纵观这些特色专业点的发展历程,发现其内在的特色凝聚因子主要集中在人才培养方案、实验实践教学、师资队伍建设、课程建设与改革、专业办学方向等因素上,且呈现出一定特色办学规律:注重特色化的专业办学方向,凝炼特色化的人才培养方案,打造特色化的实践教学体系,优化特色化的教师队伍结构。
Although the distinctive identities of 23 national tourism management specialties have their own strengths and weaknesses, looking at the development history of these specialized specialties, we find that their intrinsic cohesion factors are mainly concentrated in the training programs, experimental practice teaching, teaching staff construction, Curriculum construction and reform, the direction of professional education and other factors, and showing a certain characteristics of the laws of the school: pay attention to the characteristics of the direction of professional education, condensed characteristics of personnel training programs, to create a characteristic practice teaching system, optimize the characteristics of teachers Team structure.
