阳春三月,笔者有机会就思想工作在提高职工素质、调动职工工作积极性、强化人民银行管理、促进金融事业发展等方面中的作用问题,到人民银行福州分行进行调研。分行机关思想工作的清晰思路和新鲜方法,给我们留下了深刻的印象。新鲜活泼的教育形式改革教育形式,把思想教育和职工群众的工作、生活情趣和业务学习紧密结合,增强教育的吸引力,是福州分行改进思想工作给我们的第一个印象。
In spring, I had the opportunity to investigate the role of ideological work in improving staff quality, arousing the enthusiasm of staff and workers, strengthening the management of the People’s Bank of China, and promoting the development of financial services to the People’s Bank of China branch in Fuzhou. We have been very impressed with the clear ideas and fresh approaches to the ideological work of the branch offices. Fresh and lively forms of education Reforming the forms of education and closely integrating ideological education with the work and lifestyles of workers and staff as well as business learning to enhance the attractiveness of education are the first impressions that Fuzhou Branch has given us in improving ideological work.
