质量目标管理在现代企业管理中是较先进的管理制度与方法。在建筑施工管理当中实施该制度与方法,对提高工程的管理水平,调动施工人员创造性和积极性,加强和调节企业内部的计划管理及对市场适应性,提高企业经济效益等都有非常重要的意义。建筑施工管理是一个动态过程,由于施工环境变化多变,施工人员素质不同,使建筑施工目标管理变的非常复杂,本文从质量目标管理依据和方法,简要阐述了其在建筑施工管理中的运用。
Quality target management is a more advanced management system and method in modern enterprise management. The implementation of this system and method in the construction management of buildings is of great significance to improving the management level of the project, mobilizing the creativity and enthusiasm of the construction workers, strengthening and regulating the planning management within the enterprise, adapting to the market and improving the economic benefits of the enterprises . The construction management is a dynamic process. Due to the changeable construction environment and the different quality of construction workers, the management of construction objectives is very complicated. Based on the basis and method of quality management, this paper briefly describes its application in construction management .
