重庆,又名“山城”“雾都”等。1938～1949年间这里曾经是国民党蒋家王朝的盘踞地,也就是国民党政府溃逃到台湾以前,所剩最后一个过渡政治心脏地带。在国民党统治期间,以及刚刚解放后不久的时候,这里曾经发生过不知多少“鲜为人知”的秘闻轶事,一些早期留存下来的民间传说、连环画、手抄文学中曾有过一些关于这方面的记载,比如说“静卢”鬼屋的传言,“死亡禁区”“地下堡垒”……
