第一章总则第一条为加强开发区档案管理和利用工作, 更好地为开发区各项工作服务,根据《中华人民共和国档案法》、《山东省档案条例》及《开发区档案管理暂行规定》制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于我省国家级、省级经济技术开发区、高新技术产业开发区、出口加工区、工业园区、保税区和国家旅游度假区(以下简称开发区)。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen the management and utilization of archives in TEDA and better serve all the TEDA’s work, according to the “Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China”, the “Shandong Archives Regulations” and the “ Regulations ”to develop the approach. Article 2 This set of measures shall apply to state-owned and provincial-level economic and technological development zones, hi-tech industrial development zones, export processing zones, industrial parks, bonded areas and national tourist resorts (hereinafter referred to as the development zones) in Shaanxi Province.
