三、国际劳工组织围绕人权和工人基本权利斗争的有关规则 工人基本权利斗争的双方在各个历史阶段都根据自身需要,不断在国际劳工组织的有关规则中寻求与对方进行较量的时机和策略。因而掌握和运用这些规则是赢得人权和工人基本权利斗争胜利的重要步骤。
III. The ILO Rules on the Fight against Human Rights and the Fundamental Rights of Workers The two parties in the struggle over the basic rights of workers have always sought opportunities and tactics to contend with each other in accordance with their own needs at various stages of the ILO’s relevant rules. Therefore, mastering and applying these rules is an important step toward winning the victory of human rights and workers’ fundamental rights.
