简述多目标优化方法 ,将此方法应用到棒材孔型设计中。通过实例证明 ,运用多目标优化孔型设计 ,轧制功率下降 1 .60 4 ;相对功率波动范围下降 45.76 ,在节能和轧制负荷均衡方面均取得较好效果。
A brief description of multi-objective optimization method, this method is applied to the bar hole design. It is proved by examples that the power of rolling is decreased by 1.60 4 and the relative power fluctuation range is reduced by 45.76 with the multi-objective optimization of pass design, which achieves better results in energy saving and rolling load balance.
