在翻转课堂教学模式下,教师的身份和职责都发生了巨变。为适应翻转课堂教学模式,高职英语教师的身份要由主导变成引导,由主演变成导演。本文从教师团队建设角度,通过丰富教师的知识组织方式,提升教师的整体化教学设计能力,激发教师的学习动机和自主学习能力,整合教师团队合作模式,最终得以构建高效英语教学团队。
In the flip classroom teaching mode, the identity and responsibility of teachers have undergone tremendous changes. In order to adapt to the teaching mode of overturning classrooms, the status of higher vocational English teachers should be changed from leading to guiding, and from becoming the director. From the perspective of teachers’ team building, this paper enriches teachers’ ways of knowledge organization, enhances teachers’ overall teaching design ability, stimulates teachers’ motivation and independent learning ability, integrates teachers’ teamwork mode, and finally builds an effective English teaching team.
