导数光谱法对有机混合物、混浊溶液的含量测定显示出了良好的优越性,但是目前国内所报导的有关导数方面的文章,都是使用带有导数附件的进口仪器,使它的推广应用受到了较大限制。鉴于目前进口仪器的数量有限,国产仪器又不带导数附件,而用手计算工作量很大,为此我们设计了导数光谱定量分析的微计算机程序,用751紫外分光光度计及自记分光光度计对安钠咖(咖啡因、苯甲酸钠)注射液中咖啡因的含量进行了测定。对用导数附件作图法测得的结果与上述结果进行了比较,误差小于2%。
