建设社会主义新农村是落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要战略任务,同时也是一项艰巨的系统工程。在这个过程中,我们要面对许多亟待解决的难题,其中很重要的一个问题,就是要处理好党群、干群关系。没有和谐的干群关系,就没有农村的和谐与稳定,建设新农村就会成为一句空话。
Building a new socialist countryside is an important strategic task of implementing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious socialist society. It is also a formidable systematic project. In this process, we have to face many difficult problems to be solved urgently. One of the most important issues to be solved is to properly handle the relations between the party and the masses and between cadres and the masses. Without harmonious relations between the cadres and the masses, there will be no harmony and stability in the countryside. Building a new countryside will become an empty talk.
