上庄水库位于海淀区上庄乡(又名:翠湖公园),东西狭长,以两桥相算,足有2000余米,最宽处不过100米,最窄处不足50米,最深3米左右。水库东连沙河,西接京密引水渠,虽不是死水,但也不是完全的活水,因而水质不是很好,用钓友们的话说,属“肥水”。只有雨季到来时,才能使水质得到一定程度的改善,其他季节犹如死水一般,水质略显浑浊,以至岸边常见密密麻麻的小鱼虫等。另外,这些年水库管理单位又不断大面积拉网捕鱼(只取饲养的
Shangzhuang Reservoir is located in Shangzhuang Township (aka: Cuihu Park) in Haidian District. It is a long, narrow, two-bridge complex with a total length of more than 2000 meters and a maximum width of 100 meters. The narrowest point is less than 50 meters and the deepest is about 3 meters.
