患者女,49岁,因乏力、全身水肿半年,于2009年6月23日就诊于我院内科。体检:T 36.6℃,P 70次/min,R 20次/min,BP 120/90 mmHg,皮肤无黄染及出血点,贫血貌,全身非凹陷性水肿。双肺未闻及干湿啰音,HR 70次/min,律齐,心脏各瓣膜听诊区未闻及病理性杂音。腹部未见异常,肝脾肋下未触及,四肢肌肉无触痛。实验室检查:WBC 4.1×10~9
Female, 49 years old, due to fatigue, systemic edema for six months, on June 23, 2009 treatment in our hospital internal medicine. Physical examination: T 36.6 ℃, P 70 times / min, R 20 times / min, BP 120/90 mmHg, no yellow skin and bleeding points, anemia appearance, body non-depression edema. Unobstructed lungs and wet and dry rales, HR 70 beats / min, law Qi, heart valve auscultation area has not heard of pathological murmurs. No abnormal abdomen, liver and spleen ribs not touched, limbs tenderness. Laboratory examination: WBC 4.1 × 10 ~ 9
