随着计经济向市场经济的进一步转变,特别是近几年国家与企业彻底“断奶”,谋求发展靠自身后,许多干部职工对煤炭市场激烈的近乎残酷的竞争有了深刻认识,对目前煤炭企业严峻的经济形势有了更清楚的了解,明白了企业要生存就必须紧紧抓住成本这个“牛鼻子”的道理。因而学邯钢活动在许多单位得到了顺利开展,一些单位借鉴邯钢扭亏解困的成功经验,制定了自己的成本管理制度,加大了扭亏解困的实际力度。然而,仍有部分干部职工对为什么抓成本,怎样抓成本等方面存有许多模糊认识,现综述如下,以供商榷。

However, there are still some cadres and workers who have many vague understandings on why they should pay the cost and how to grasp the cost. These are as follows for discussion.
