随着2001年1月1日扬州市医疗保险改革的全面启动,医院将面临着严峻的挑战。我院作为医保首批定点单位,对医院进行重新定位和调整。本文通过对1998年至2000年我院出院病人前十位病种的分析,探讨我院在这几年中收治的常见病种来源,目的在于加强对这些病种的防治工作,并为领导决策提供一定的参考。 一、资料来源:本资料来源于我院病案室《卫生部门医院住院病人疾病分类报表》,疾病分类按ICD-9标准。 二、结果分析:1998-2000年我院共出院39153人,前十位病种顺位依次是:呼吸系统疾病、
