医药费用增长原因既有合理的,也有不合理的,合理的因素有:一是医学科学技术不断进步,新技术、新仪器、新设备不断问世,医疗成本不断提高.二是由于经济发展和医疗条件的改善,群众医疗需求普遍提高.三是由于物价上涨的原因,医用商品不断提价.不合理的因素有:第一,医疗行为失当.第二,医药市场混乱.第三,医院的补偿机制不健全,卫生投入不足.
