研究了由单片机组成微控制器的电磁振动给料机,固体流量计用于检测物料流量,根据系统特点,设计了PID控制实现自动化给料闭环控制。
The electromagnetic vibrating feeder, which is composed of single chip microprocessor, is researched. The solid flowmeter is used to detect the material flow rate. According to the characteristics of the system, the PID control is designed to realize the automatic feed closed loop control.
