国际金融危机对中国经济的影响也极其深远。置身在这种动荡的经济环境中,经历30年快速成长之后的中国包装企业何去何从,值得思考。在过去的30年里,中国包装企业习惯了动用人力成本、自然资源、政策调整来加快发展,但是,随着全球化的深入,中国包装企业不能再依赖于规模增长、投资增长和劳动力的单纯增长,需要可持续的发展能力。论及企业的成长,我们认为一个企业要想获得可持续的发展能力,必须具备三个方面的要素:一是解决好企业的未来增长源头(战略),二是了解企业价值主张为谁而设(责任),三是清楚企业成长的关键是什么(文化),且三者一个不能少。
