随着市场经济的发展,我国大多数企业都进行营销模式的改革与创新,客户关系管理(CRM)理念也逐渐被认可和运用。然而企业的资源是有限的,具有一定的局限性,这给企业实施客户关系管理(CRM)带来了一些阻力与障碍。因此,本文主要构建一完善的客户关系管理(CRM)体系框架,从而增加客户与企业的亲密度,促进企业的可持续稳定发展。
With the development of market economy, most of the enterprises in our country carry out the reform and innovation of the marketing mode. The concept of customer relationship management (CRM) has also been gradually accepted and applied. However, the resources of enterprises are limited and have certain limitations, which brings some resistance and obstacles to the enterprise implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Therefore, this article mainly builds a perfect CRM framework to increase the intimacy of customers and enterprises and promote the sustainable and stable development of enterprises.
