本文从理论上和工程实践上来论述预应力铁路简支梁的上拱度問題,并根据一些实测資料对弹性上拱度和徐变上拱度进行分析、研究和比较。作者針对上拱度影响桥梁运营的問题,提出一些解决的途径。对混凝土的预压应力及强拉龄期与徐变上拱度的关系等問題,除在理论上予以探討之外,还分析了不同类型预应力梁的实际数据来作为论证。本文收集的一些长期观测资料及其分析。对铁路预应力梁的設計、制造和运营以及进一步发展跨度较大的简支梁或无碴无枕梁均有一定的参考价值。在本文的最后,还介紹了九江长江大桥铁路引桥39.6m跨度预应力箱梁有关上拱度的一些設計情况。
In this paper, the problem of camber of prestressed railway simply supported beams is discussed theoretically and engineering practice, and the elastic camber and creep camber are analyzed, studied and compared according to some measured data. In view of the influence of camber on the operation of bridges, some solutions to this problem are put forward. The prestressing stress of concrete and the relation between the age of creeping and the creep camber are discussed in addition to the theoretical analysis. The actual data of different types of prestressed beams are also analyzed. Some long-term observations and analyzes collected in this paper. It has certain reference value to the design, manufacture and operation of prestressed railway girders and the further development of simply supported girders or ballastless pillow girders. At the end of this article, some design situations about the camber of 39.6m span prestressed box girder of Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge are also introduced.
