我县在肺吸虫病流行病学调查研究中,发现锯齿华溪蟹兴山亚种(Sinopotamon denticulatumxingshanense),以下简称兴山亚种,为斯氏狸殖吸虫的第二中间宿主。我们对其感染率,携带肺吸虫的虫种、生态环境等进行了研究。 一、携带肺吸虫囊蚴阳性率 (一)感染率:在我县境内榛子、平水、三阳、宝龙,黄粮5条溪沟查见兴山亚种。从棒子、平水溪沟分个解剖205只蟹,其中阳性的165只,阳性率为80.5％,检获囊蚴10769个,平均每蟹感染65.3个。以榛子感染率最高为91.6(76/83)％,曾在一只19.4g的雄蟹体内检到囊蚴1347个,一只1.4g的小雌蟹体内检到囊蚴593个。(二)囊蚴在蟹体内的分布:分体解剖25只蟹,头胸、胸肌、腮、腹内脏、大螯和步足各部
In the epidemiological investigation of paragonimiasis in our county, we found Sinopotamon denticulatumxingshanense (hereinafter referred to as Xingshan subspecies) as the second intermediate host of the genus Trichogramma. We studied its infection rate, parasite-bearing bug species, ecological environment and so on.
