计算机软硬件技术及知识的广泛普及，为计算机在医学领域的应用创造了有利条件。目前，各医院应用的计算机信息系统多为局部系统，功能不全，设计落后，全国联网困难。为实施２１ 世纪计算机医学信息系统的战略目标，本文前瞻性地提出了计算机信息系统在医学领域应用的研究方向，并作出了与之相适应的发展战略、法律法规和实施计划
The widespread popularity of computer software and hardware technologies and knowledge has created favorable conditions for the application of computers in the medical field. At present, the computer information systems used by various hospitals are mostly local systems, with incomplete functions, backward design, and difficulties in national networking. In order to implement the strategic objectives of the 21st century computer medical information system, this paper forwardly proposed the research direction of computer information system application in the medical field, and made a development strategy, laws, regulations and implementation plans that are compatible with it.
