社区矫正制度是我国刑罚执行体系的重要组成部分,目的是通过对服刑人员进行再社会化教育,增强其法律意识和社会责任,帮助服刑人员顺利回归社会、预防再次犯罪,从而维护社会稳定,实现国家长治久安。但司法实践中却存在众多的问题与不足,应通过加强立法、规范执法、培养法制观念、提升法治氛围等措施,以确保社区矫正规范运行,维护服刑人员的合法权益。
The community correction system is an important part of China’s penalty execution system. Its purpose is to re-socialize prisoners, enhance their legal awareness and social responsibility, help prisoners smoothly return to society and prevent further crimes so as to maintain social stability and achieve Long-term national peace and stability. However, there are many problems and deficiencies in judicial practice. Measures such as strengthening legislation, standardizing law enforcement, cultivating the concept of legal system and raising the atmosphere of law and order should be adopted so as to ensure the normal operation of community corrections and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of prisoners.
