目的 探讨大肠癌区域淋巴结微转移的检测和临床意义。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)技术 ,扩增角蛋白 19(K19) ,对 12例病人大肠癌肿瘤组织和 95个区域淋巴结进行检测。结果 12例病人大肠癌组织均有K19mRNA表达 ,良性病人的 2 1个淋巴结均无表达。大肠癌区域淋巴结 11个经病理检查有转移 ,其K19mRNA表达阳性。 84个病理检查未发现转移的淋巴结中有 8个K19mRNA表达阳性。结论 K19mRNART -PCR方法对于大肠癌区域淋巴结微转移灶有辅助诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the detection of lymph node micrometastasis in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to amplify keratin 19 (K19) in 12 patients with colorectal cancer and 95 regional lymph nodes. Results K19 mRNA was detected in all 12 cases of colorectal cancer, while no lymph node was found in benign patients. Colorectal cancer regional lymph nodes 11 were transferred by pathological examination, the K19mRNA expression was positive. Eighty-four K19 mRNAs positive in metastatic lymph nodes were not found in 84 pathological examinations. Conclusion The K19mRNART-PCR method is of value in the diagnosis of micrometastases of lymph nodes in colorectal cancer.
