惊厥(COCVU/SIONS)是大脑运动神经元异常放电引起的肌肉抽动,常伴意识障碍。高热惊厥患儿起病急骤,前来就医时家长都十分焦急。医务人员对任何突然发生惊厥的病儿必须立即控制抽风,以避免脑组织受伤,影响智力发育。在对症治疗的同时,尽可能地查明病因。抽动多为全身性,也可为局部性,约4—5%小儿至少发生一次惊厥,5岁以下尤为多见。我科于1994年元月——1995年6月急诊抢救高热惊厥18例,现将体会报告如下。
