高职院校青年教师专业发展的生态化对其教学效率的提高具有积极意义。它对教育生态主体提出了更高的要求,其中包括为青年教师提供良好的教育环境及其专业素养的提高。就目前我国高职院校青年教师的专业发展现状来看,潜在的问题依然存在。因此文章将其专业发展的生态因素进行了具体的分析,并且针对其存在的问题提出了具体的优化策略。
The ecologicalization of the professional development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges has positive significance to the improvement of teaching efficiency. It poses higher requirements for the main body of education and ecology, including providing a good educational environment for young teachers and raising their professionalism. At present, the current situation of professional development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country shows that potential problems still exist. Therefore, the article makes a concrete analysis of the ecological factors of its professional development and puts forward specific optimization strategies for the existing problems.
