随着人们对中药疗效的认可,国家对中药发展的重视,国内外涌现出一批在产业化中过程控制技术先进、药品标准科学合理、市场表现良好的中药制药企业。在广泛调研和大量实践的基础上,总结了创新管理模式在复方中药产业化方面的应用,并创造性地提出了价值工程在现代中药企业产业化发展全过程管理和成本控制方面的作用,以期为我国复方中药产业化的健康、可持续发展提供参考。
With people’s recognition of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, the state attaches great importance to the development of traditional Chinese medicine. There are a number of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises that have advanced process control technology in the industrialization, scientific and rational drug standards and good market performance. On the basis of extensive research and extensive practice, this paper summarizes the application of innovative management model in the industrialization of compound Chinese medicine and creatively proposes the role of value engineering in the whole process management and cost control of industrialization of modern Chinese medicine enterprises. China’s compound traditional Chinese medicine industrialization of the healthy and sustainable development provide a reference.
