社区劳动保障工作平台是国家实施积极的就业政策的一项重大措施。全国再就业工作会议后,各地按照“六个到位”、“三个衔接”的要求,切实抓了街道社区劳动保障工作平台建设,逐步形成了一支职责明确、管理规范的劳动保障基层工作队伍。通过一年多的运行,平台的功能体现如何?作用发挥怎样?最近南充市就业服务局组织人员进行了专题调查,结果表明:街道社区劳动保障平台的功能作用已初步显现。现将该市的调查报告予以刊登。——编者
