中共“一大”会址纪念馆是向社会开放的文化单位,它的服务对象是观众,因此,纪念馆的一切工作的出发点和终结点,都应该是围绕观众来进行、展开的。纪念馆的任何展览办得成功与否,最终也要由观众来评价,可以说,“观众”是纪念馆实现与外界交流的首要条件,纪念馆正是通过自我宣传、展示,吸引广大观众来纪念馆参观,来实现其社会教育职能的。而接待观众程序的规范要求,工作的质量,又直接影响着观众对纪念馆的评价和参与纪念馆活动的热情。那么,究竟应该怎样才能做好接待观众程
