ICTC由国家新闻出版广电总局批准,中国广播电影电视社会组织联合会技术工作委员会、浙江省广播电影电视产业协会和华数等单位共同举办,是广电领域具有影响力的国际研讨会,至今已成功举办24届。ICTC从1995年开始编撰出版论文集,历年论文集反映了我国广播电视技术与事业发展的进程,是广电领域里重要的技术文献。为了给业内同仁提供更为广阔的技术交流和沟通平台,ICTC组委会于2015年起与《广播电视信息》杂志合作,今年将继续共同出版《ICTC2017论文专刊》暨《广播电视信息》2017年第10期,专门用于刊登经论文专家评审委员
