在CRTⅠ和CRTⅡ无砟轨道高速铁路技术中无砟轨道钢筋混凝土底座板需先在制梁场制好,运送到工地再进行安装。然后经铣刨机进行表面处理才能达到设计要求。这种施工过程既费时又成本高。而CRT III型无砟轨道技术中钢筋混凝土底座板是在工地现场的路基上直接制做,用料节省、施工便捷、施工工效相对提高,造价相对降低。但其面层需要相应的整平机来对其进行整平提浆以满足高平整度的要求。为满足此需求,研制了轨道底座板混凝土面层整平提浆专用的框架式混凝土整平机。经过现场实际运用检验,工作效率高,使用效果良好。
