目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶- 9 (MMP- 9)及E 钙粘素在甲状腺癌组织中的表达情况与甲状腺癌的组织类型、临床分期和淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测50例甲状腺癌患者癌组织标本及20例甲状腺癌患者癌旁正常甲状腺组织中VEGF、MMP -9及E 钙粘素的表达情况,观察其与患者临床病理及预后的关系。结果 甲状腺癌组织中VEGF的表达显著高于癌旁组织,且与甲状腺癌的组织类型、临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关;MMP- 9的表达亦显著高于癌旁组织,与甲状腺癌的组织类型无关,但与临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关。分化型甲状腺癌组织中E 钙粘素的表达显著低于癌旁组织,与甲状腺癌的组织类型无关;未分化癌中E- 钙粘素呈阴性表达,E -钙粘素的表达与临床分期和淋巴结转移呈负相关。结论 甲状腺癌组织VEGF、MMP- 9及E 钙粘素的表达与甲状腺癌的侵袭及转移有关,可作为甲状腺癌患者的预后指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and E-cadherin in thyroid cancer and the histological type, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of VEGF, MMP-9 and E-cadherin in 50 cases of thyroid cancer tissues and 20 cases of normal thyroid tissues adjacent to thyroid cancer. Conclusions The expression of VEGF, MMP-9 and E-cadherin in thyroid cancer is related to the invasion and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma and may be used as a prognostic indicator of thyroid cancer.
