目的探讨结肠癌转移相关基因1(MACC1)蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平及其与患者预后的关系。方法选取2008年1月-2011年6月该院随访资料完整的乳腺癌病理标本80份和癌旁乳腺组织标本30份为研究对象,应用免疫组织化学方法检测其MACC1蛋白的表达情况,分析MACC1表达与各临床病理特征及生存预后之间的关系。结果MACC1蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达率(57.5%)高于在癌旁正常乳腺组织中的表达率(6.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MACC1蛋白的表达与乳腺癌病灶直径、淋巴结转移及临床病理分期密切相关(P<0.05)。随访病例中位无复发生存时间(RFS)为31个月,中位生存时间(OS)为57个月。单因素生存分析显示,MACC1低表达者中位RFS和OS长于髙表达者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素生存分析显示,淋巴结转移数目、MACC1的表达均是影响乳腺癌复发转移和死亡的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 MACC1高表达患者预后较差,MACC1可能是乳腺癌的不良预后因素,且可能促进了乳腺癌的发展。
Objective To investigate the expression of metastasis associated gene 1 (MACC1) protein in breast cancer and its relationship with prognosis. Methods A total of 80 pathological specimens of breast cancer and 30 adjacent normal breast tissues were selected from January 2008 to June 2011. The expression of MACC1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry and the expression of MACC1 Expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of the relationship between. Results The expression rate of MACC1 protein in breast cancer tissues (57.5%) was higher than that in normal breast tissues (6.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of MACC1 protein was closely related to the diameter of breast cancer, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P <0.05). The median follow-up time (RFS) for follow-up was 31 months and the median survival time (OS) was 57 months. Univariate survival analysis showed that the median RFS and OS of patients with low expression of MACC1 were longer than those of the expression of 髙, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Multivariate survival analysis showed that the number of lymph node metastasis and the expression of MACC1 were both independent risk factors for the recurrence, metastasis and death of breast cancer (P <0.05). Conclusions Patients with high expression of MACC1 have a poor prognosis. MACC1 may be a poor prognostic factor for breast cancer and may promote the development of breast cancer.
