督查反馈是督促检查工作运行中的一个重要环节。督查反馈的真实性是指所反馈的决策落实情况必须全面、准确、客观,作出的判断必须有充分的事实根据,提出的建议必须有针对性和可操作性。由于督查反馈是衡量决策是否科学、是否达到预期效果的一个重要尺度,因此,我们必须十分重视督查反馈的真实性。河南省各级党委督查部门一直对督查反馈这个环节比较重视,各级都有一套比较规范的制度,因此,仔查反馈的情况或信息可信度较高,受到了各级党委的充分肯定和好评。但是,由于我们有些督查人员在思想路线、督查作风和督查方式等方面不同程度地存在一些问题,致使有些督查反馈情况与客观实际存在一定距离,影响了督查反馈的真实性、可信性。要解决好这个问题,我认为应在督查反馈过程中注意克服以下三个偏向。

Party committees and departments at all levels in Henan Province have always paid more attention to this aspect of supervision and feedback, and all levels have a relatively standardized system. Therefore, the situation of feedback inspection or the credibility of information is relatively high, and the Party committees at all levels have obtained sufficient Affirmation and praise. However, since some of our inspectors have some problems to varying degrees in the ideological line, style of supervision and inspection methods, etc., some of the feedbacks of the inspection officers have a certain distance from the objective reality and have affected the authenticity of the inspection feedbacks. Credibility. To solve this problem, I think we should pay attention to overcoming the following three biases in the process of supervision and feedback.
