通过旋转试片试验、快速阻垢试验和动态沉积物监测——D.D.M试验,筛选评定了钨酸盐-有机酸盐为基础的新型缓蚀阻垢剂,具有较好的效果。在一般试验条件下,碳钢的缓蚀率>90%,污垢热阻为0.6×10~(-4)[米~2·时·℃/千卡]左右,其性能优于相应的磷系和钼系配方。电化学测试及光电子能谱(ESCA)测试的结果可认为钨酸盐的缓蚀机理为阳极钝化型缓蚀剂,与有机羧酸盐和锌盐复合使用时因协同效应而达到更好的效果。由于我国钨矿资源丰富,因而钨酸盐-有机酸盐是一种有应用价值和发展前途的新型缓蚀阻垢剂。
