本文应用二维有限元方法对光电倍增管的百叶窗式倍增系统在有栅网和没有栅网时的电场分布进行了计算，并根据计算结果提出了提高二次电子发射的方法。
In this paper, the two-dimensional finite element method is used to calculate the electric field distribution of the doublet system of a photomultiplier tube with or without a grid. The method of improving the secondary electron emission is proposed according to the calculation results.
