欧盟农业专员伯尔表示,美国农业政策的改革必须扭转传统的向农场主提供高额补贴的做法,世界需要美国发出将会削减农业补贴的信号,美国在农业法案改革过程中不要做出有损WTO谈判的决定,以确保全球贸易谈判能够顺利完成。
Burr of the EU agricultural commissioner said that the reform of U.S. agricultural policies must reverse the traditional practice of providing farmers with high subsidies. The world needs signals from the United States that agricultural subsidies will be cut. The United States should not make any detrimental changes in the agricultural bills reform WTO negotiations decided to ensure the successful completion of the global trade negotiations.
