学生作为社会发展培养的新一代人才,他们的身心健康情况备受社会大众的关注。目前,随着社会进程的节奏不断加快,学生学习压力也越来越繁重,对体育运动的锻炼需求也逐渐深入到学生的学习生活中。健美操由于其追求时尚、新颖的特点,深受学生喜爱,并成为全民健身运动中一个重要的组成部分。本文从学生心理层面入手,从健美操特点出发,分析学生的心理健康现状,努力使健美操对学生心理健康产生积极影响。
As a new generation of talents trained by social development, students are much concerned about their physical and mental health. At present, as the pace of social progress continues to accelerate, students ’learning pressure is also getting more and more heavy. The demand for physical exercise is gradually deepening into the students’ learning life. Because of its pursuit of fashion aerobics, novel features, loved by students, and become a national fitness an important part of the campaign. This article starts from the students’ psychological level, analyzes the status quo of students’ mental health from the characteristics of aerobics, and tries their best to make aerobics have a positive impact on students’ mental health.
