在最新下发的《中小学班主任工作规定》里有关“适当批评”的提法引发了大家的热议。其实只要教师掌握了教育分寸观,何谓“适当方式”就不难理解。苏联著名师德研究专家B.H.契尔那葛卓娃与И.И.契尔那葛卓夫在其专著《教师道德》中早就对教育分寸的概念、实质、特点进行了概述,并提出了贯彻教育分寸必须遵循的若干要求以及教师需要具有的道德心理品质。这些对落实《中小学班主任工作规定》中关于适当批评的提法具有重要的启示。
In the newly issued “Provisions on the work of primary and secondary school teacher,” on the “appropriate criticism ” formulation triggered a heated debate.
