目的:本文针对产房年轻助产士护理工作中存在的安全问题进行了探究,并且提出了相应的对策。方法:选取了我院2016年2月至2017年6月期间入职的新的年轻助产士作为本次的研究对象,助产士共有三十名,对其在护理工作中出现的安全问题进行了深入的探究,并且针对问题提出了相应的对策,从而使得产房的护理制度更加的完善化。结果:对本次研究对象在护理中存在的安全问题进行了分析和总结,以月平均产房护理为依据,顺产的产妇为五百例,剖腹产的产妇为五百例,其中被投诉的助产士有四例,投诉率占比为3.33%,剩下的助产士的工作质量很大程度的得到提升,患者满意度占比为96.67%,这样更避免了护理纠纷事件的发生。结论:在护理过程当中,为了让安全问题尽量的减少,作为年轻助产士,应该对自身的法律意识及自我保护意识进行不断的提升,更要使得自身的业务水平得到提高,这有着十分重要的意义。
Aims: This article explores the safety issues in the midwifery midwives care and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods: The new midwives who took part in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research object. There were 30 midwives and their in-depth inquiry into the safety problems in nursing work , And put forward corresponding countermeasures for the problem, so that the nursing system of delivery room is more perfect. Results: The safety of the subjects in nursing were analyzed and summarized. Based on monthly average maternity nursing care, there were 500 maternal births and 500 aborted caesarean sections, among which the midwives complained Four cases, the complaint rate accounted for 3.33%, the rest of the work quality of midwives have been greatly improved, the proportion of patient satisfaction was 96.67%, thus avoiding the incidence of nursing disputes. Conclusion: In the process of nursing, in order to minimize the safety problems, as a young midwife, it is of great significance to improve its own legal awareness and self-protection awareness and to improve its own professional level .
