历史上的中国,曾经长期称雄于世。在西方大航海时代之前,中国一直是世界头号强国。鸦片战争以前的2000年里,中国始终遥遥领先于世界,GDP长期居世界的40%以上!纵观当今世界,古代文明一脉相承的只有中国。其它的文明,如古希腊、古埃及、古巴比伦、古印度,早已湮没在历史的长河中。为什么中华民族独领风骚,中华文明能够历经5000年而不衰?有人说,这是因为华夏一族具有极强的凝聚力,所谓“内诸夏而外夷狄”。华夏民族虽历经磨难,依然繁衍生息,绵延不绝;中华文明不仅没有消亡,其间不断消灭或同化其他外来
Historically, China has long dominated the world. Before the great Western navigation era, China had always been the world’s number one powerhouse.
