没有农村的现代化,就不可能有中国的现代化。《向农民道歉——一个县委组织部长的驻村手记》(“当代中国乡村治理与选举观察研究丛书”之一种,西北大学出版社2002年6月版,15.00元)一书是中共白水县委组织部长马银录就器休村农民打砸镇政府和派出所这一恶性事件,驻村96天的工作手记。为了对本书多方面社会价值展开分析,以有助于深入研究和改进我国现代化进程中的乡村治理格局和民主政治,我们约请出版社、作者、党政官员、专家学者、作家及同名电视连续剧的演员从不同的视角发表各自的见解。
