1931年底,熊式辉回江西任省政府主席,1942年初调任他职。熊式辉在江西任上的十年,史称“赣政十年”。在此十年间,熊式辉颇有作为。他作为一省的最高领导者,施政的过程中会受到哪些因素的影响呢?本文主要针对这个问题从当时的时势和他个人自身两方面做一个浅显的探讨。
