三级跳远是助跑之后沿直线连续做三次不同形式跳跃的田径运动项目。它的技术比较复杂,对身体素质要求比较高,有利于发展人体的速度、力量和弹跳力等身体素质,还可以培养学生的勇敢、顽强、果断、奋发向上的意志品质和克服困难的自信心。但是,因为三级跳远的完整技术比较复杂,所以在以往的教学与训练中就容易出现这样和那样的错误。本文就一些常见的错误动作产生的原因及其纠正方法谈一点看法,敬请各位同行指正。
Triple jump is the run-up after the three consecutive straight-line jump in different forms of track and field events. Its technical complexity is relatively high, which requires a high level of physical fitness, is conducive to the development of the body’s physical strength such as speed, strength and bouncing power. It also can cultivate students’ courage, perseverance, decisiveness, willingness to work hard and self-confidence to overcome difficulties. . However, because the complete technology of triple jump is complicated, it is easy to make such and such mistakes in the past teaching and training. This article on some of the common causes of errors and corrective action method to talk about a little view, please correct me colleagues.
