1 存在的问题据调查,最近几年流动床在使用管理上大致存在着以下几个问题: (1)诸参数有一变化,如不综合调整则工况紊乱。 (2)交换塔内的浮球装置启闭不灵,操作不方便。 (3)耗盐耗水量大。 (4)适应水质水量变化能力差。 (5)出水质量不易达到国家标准 (6)再生清洗塔太高,设备维修很不方便。针对这些问题,我们选择了肉联厂等单位的流动床进行了研究,经过反复实践,改进后的流动床效果很好。
