达巴万星是一种新型半合成糖肽类抗生素,用于治疗革兰阳性菌引起的成人急性细菌性皮肤和皮肤组织感染(ABSSSI),抗菌谱包括耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(Co NS)和链球菌。与同类药物万古霉素、替考拉宁相比,抗菌活性相当或更强,每周1次静脉注射给药,患者顺应性更好。本文对其作用机制、抗菌活性、药动学、临床试验和安全性等进行简要介绍。
Dalbavancin is a novel semi-synthetic glycopeptide antibiotic used to treat acute bacterial and dermal skin infections (ABSSSI) in adults caused by Gram-positive bacteria, including anti-methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA ), Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA), coagulase-negative staphylococci (Co NS), and streptococci. Compared with similar drugs vancomycin, teicoplanin, antibacterial activity was quite strong or more, once a week intravenous administration, patients with better compliance. In this paper, its mechanism of action, antibacterial activity, pharmacokinetics, clinical trials and safety are briefly introduced.
